Refund policy

7-day refund promise. If the guide is not for you, request a refund through Hotmart within 7 days of your purchase, using the support or refund option in your Hotmart purchase area or receipt email. We will refund the price you paid.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through our checkout provider, Hotmart. Banks and card issuers can take several days to show the money.
Your statutory rights
This promise is in addition to your legal rights, which it does not reduce. For example, if the files you receive are faulty or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and we will put it right. Separately, UK consumer law gives you a right to cancel certain distance purchases within 14 days, but for digital content that right can be lost once the download has started, where you have agreed to this. Our 7-day promise applies regardless.
Using the guide to decide
The guide is general information. If you later buy a car and have a problem with it, the guide’s refund promise does not cover the car or the purchase. Take advice from the sources named in the guide.
